Validation and Reliability of Self-Efficacy English Learning of Health Vocational Students with Jigsaw Learning Strategy

The purpose of this study was to put the test a self-efficacy survey four language skills (listening, speaking, writing, and reading) using Jigsaw Learning Strategy. This descriptive qualitative in which 20 question items about English mastery for health vocational students are tested. carried out two classrooms with 39 each from January 2021 August 2022. Two were set up lecture group, one non-Jigsaw. Self-efficacy questionnaires used gather information. In learning there fourteen sessions totaling hours, during class learned same practice comprehension material. Four worked on by students. questionnaire data analyzed product moment determine validity, all found be valid results greater than value r table less 0.025. reliability revealed that reliable or consistent. Keiser-Meyers-Oklin Self-Efficacy Measure group questions could considered appropriate. Sampling Adequacy also whether variable large enough further analysis. communality 0.03, indicating positive relationship between variables. Descriptive analysis, jigsaw classes respond better surveys non-jigsaw classes, implying increased self-confidence process.
